Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

Our facility currently offers units sizes as follows:6’ x 8’ unit accommodates all contents of an efficient apartment or dorm room.10’ x 12’ unit accommodates all contents of a one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment. 10’ x 24’ unit accommodates all contents of a two-bedroom or three-bedroom home. We offer month-to-month leases, and you may rent a storage unit for as long as you wish.
You must be 18 years of age or older to rent a storage unit. You will need to provide personal identification such as a state-issued ID card, driver’s license, passport, or military ID. If you are storing a vehicle, you might also be required to produce a title for the vehicle in order to prove ownership.
Climate-controlled storage offers a specific temperature and humidity range in order to protect your items from environmental extremes. However, we do not yet offer climate-controlled units.
Yes. Proof of insurance coverage for items stored in your unit is required. For your convenience, we offer affordable insurance policies to all of our tenants. Our tenant insurance can also provide valuable coverage for the gap created by insurance deductibles specific to most homeowner's and renter's policies.
Yes. You will need to provide your own lock for the storage unit. It is recommended that you purchase a disc lock or other high-security lock. For your convenience, we carry disc locks for sale. Please call our office for details.
You may access your storage unit at any time as our location offers 24/7 access to your items. Please note that if you are more than ten (10) days late on making rental payment, access to your unit will be denied as your unit will be overlocked until payment is received.
Units within our facility are equipped with roll-up doors. A roll-up door works just like an overhead garage door. It is lifted upward from the ground and rolls up inside of the ceiling area of the storage unit. This style of door offers a wider area to move your items into the storage unit.
Our facility offers indoor and limited outdoor parking for vehicles such as boats, cars or RV’s. Sizes vary so please contact us for details.
We offer several convenient ways to make your storage rental payment. You may pay online via our website, by phone, or in person at the rental office.
